Participants are mentored through the development and refinement of a comprehensive work plan, which addresses specific needs. Plans typically cover a range of years, which builds long-term strategic planning into the district. Additionally, plans include on-site days for collaboration and dialogue amongst district staff and administration as well as time devoted to school staff development.
